Luton 0, Huddersfield 1

PHIL JEVONS ended three months of injury hell by coming off the bench to score Huddersfield's late winner.

An uninspiring first-half saw few chances, with Luton waiting until the half-hour mark for their first shot on goal — but Stephen O'Leary's free-kick was always too close to keeper Matt Glennon.

The Terriers also wasted openings for Danny Schofield, Joe Skarz and Andy Booth.

The Hatters' Sam Parkin then headed narrowly over and Parkin was inches wide from Darren Currie's pass.

But, on 77 minutes, Skarz crossed and Jevons' header sent Luton to their sixth successive defeat.
