WHO IS ANIL AMBANI?

ANIL AMBANI, 49, is the sixth-richest man in the world with an estimated personal wealth of £21billion.

He is the chairman of Reliance Capital, Reliance Communications and Reliance Energy, where he is also managing director.

He was voted Businessman of the Year in 2006 by The Times of India but is only the second-richest man in his home country after his older brother Mukesh, who is worth $1bn more.

Reliance Industries is India’s largest business house and was founded by their father Dhirubhai Ambani, who died in 2002.

After Dhirubhai’s death, the company was split in two by their mother when it became obvious the two brothers could not work together.

Anil holds a science degree from Mumbai University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

He is married to Bollywood actress Tina Munim and his two sons study at the Cathedral and St John Connon School in Mumbai and Sevenoaks School in the UK.

...AND WHO WAS MIKE ASHLEY?

MIKE ASHLEY is a retail entrepreneur in the sporting goods market. He owns retail chain Sports Direct and has bought many sporting brands including Dunlop Slazenger, Donnay and Kangol. 

Ashley also has shares in various other sports outlets such as JD Sports and JJB Sports. The 2007 Sunday Times Rich List estimated his wealth to be £1.9billion.

He completed his £134million takeover of Newcastle in July 2007. After acquiring the club, he paid off half their debt out of his own pocket.

where is the transfer money that was speculated before he bought us and loyalty ? WHAT ! hes been here a year and thought he could make a quick buck well my thought is he bucked us all, who manages the team keegan or wise, i think it would be WISE to let keegan get on with it and get rid of the waste and cut down on the back room staffs wages, more room for players.
