Now that's an angry case of crabs

EEEEEEEEUch... a promotional fishing trip to launch the latest series of Deadliest Catch took a nasty twist when the stars of the show made a last dash for freedom.

Dozens of huge ugly crabs escaped after their tank got dropped on deck.

We're not sure what's funniest - the sight of a supposedly gnarly fisherman having make-up applied or the reassuring cry of a producer: "It's not gonna hurt you... that much".

The new series of Deadliest Catch airs on Discovery on Tuesdays at 9pm.
