Kylie Minogue dazzles Paris on EX tour

Kylie Minogue kicked off her £10m KylieX2008 tour in Paris ... and guess who was in the front row?

Her ex Olivier Martinez was snapped among the 10,000 French fans at the Barcy stadium - the birthplace of cabaret.

The French actor watched on as the pop princess - who turns 40 this month - took to the stage to kickstart the biggest tour of her career.

Kylie clocked up a dazzling nine costume changes during the show - including a sailor suit and sexy cheerleader number -  but it was this spider girl outfit that had fans spinning around.

As well as hits including 'Can't Get You Out Of My Head' and 'Step Back In Time', the Australian beauty ladled on the cheese with her own version of Barry Manilow's 'Copacabana'.

One reviewer noted that Into My Arms was a hit with Kylie’s army of shaven-headed male couples, writing: "From the stands, the floor suddenly resembled a huge vibrating plate of beans on toast."

The 53-date tour - which ends with a six-night stint at the O2 dome in London in August - began just 24 hours after Kylie was made a Knight in the Order of Arts and Letters for her contribution to French culture.

And Olivier's presence at the gig has sparked rumours that the rift between the pair - who split in February last year - may have been healed during a romantic Paris spring.

"I fell in love, and it's a love affair that continues to blossom like an eternal spring," Minogue told the crowd.

Sadly for Olivier, that time she was talking about France.
