Sarah shock hits Girls Aloud tour

IT'S Something Kinda Boohoo for poor GIRLS ALOUD singer SARAH HARDING.

She's hurt her back and thrown the group's upcoming tour in turmoil.

I can reveal that Sarah, who recently moved to a new pad in north London, was lifting a heavy box when she pulled a muscle and collapsed in agony. She was rushed to the doctors who have demanded she rest for a MONTH.

This isn't news the girls—Sarah, NADINE COYLE, CHERYL COLE, NICOLA ROBERTS and KIMBERLEY WALSH—wanted to hear.

Rehearsals for the Tangled Up tour (a gruelling 24 gigs in just 34 days) end soon, before the show kicks off next month.

My exclusive snap shows just how much pain Sarah is in. As well as intensive therapy, I hear she may need powerful pain-killing injections if she's to stand any chance of performing.

A source close to the band told me: "Sarah is so stressed and in complete agony. She keeps breaking down and crying. Their show is the biggest yet but Sarah is unable to rehearse.

"They may have to change all the routines to accommodate her injury. It's all up in the air."
