to be perfectly honest, i believe in balance and if the rat was there first, then they should have left it be. that being said, the fact that the producers thought it would be better to put in pets made me feel physically sick and can honestly say if Gino hadn't had killed it quickly and with as little pain as possible, some wild animal was going to have it, and they might not be so friendly. this is all just one big, over-played fiasco which, in my opinion, shows a miscarriage of justice because the guys in the docks needn't have done anything wrong, given the information they were given.
